1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can also store or read information on your device. They help websites work, remember settings and understand how people use the service.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies and similar technologies are used for login, sessions, security, fraud prevention, form handling, remembering technical settings and core website functions. Some parts of SeekMe may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

3. Service analytics and optional analytics cookies

SeekMe's limited first-party service analytics starts when you use the site, whether or not you make a cookie-banner choice. A random first-party visit cookie links events only within a rolling 30-minute visit. Session storage temporarily holds the current campaign source and sequence of page paths and allow-listed action categories, such as opening Login, a listing detail or Add Ad. We do not record keystrokes, search text, form values, message content, email addresses or phone numbers in these analytics events. Event files are normally retained for 14 days. Closing the notice keeps this anonymous service analytics active; choosing Reject analytics stops collection. The notice and choice expire after 180 days, when the notice is shown again. You may also object through Support. Optional third-party analytics and advertising remain disabled without separate explicit consent.

4. Advertising cookies

Where enabled, advertising cookies and similar technologies may be used to deliver, personalise, limit, measure and improve ads. We may use Google Ads, Google AdSense or similar advertising tools. These tools may use cookie identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions and browsing activity depending on consent, browser settings and Google settings.

5. Functional and preference cookies

Functional cookies may be used to remember preferences, form choices, display settings, saved state or other choices that make SeekMe easier to use.

6. Email and tracking technologies

Service emails sent through Mailgun or another email provider may use technical records, delivery logs and, where enabled, email tracking technologies to confirm delivery, diagnose bounces, protect sender reputation, detect abuse and understand whether service emails are working.

7. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Optional third-party analytics and advertising cookies depend on the choice made in the website's cookie notice. You may object to first-party service analytics directly in that notice or through the Support Ticket page. Blocking some cookies may reduce functionality, prevent login, reduce security or affect advertising and analytics.

8. Third-party cookie information

Google provides information about how it uses cookies in Google Analytics, Google Ads and AdSense. Mailgun provides information about how it processes email-related data in its privacy materials. Third-party providers may update their tools and policies from time to time.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies should be sent through the Support Ticket page so the request can be created and tracked.
